Who we are
Prax Health Advisory is a healthcare consultancy based in Perth, Western Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website or contact us. You can reach us at Hasan.Jehangir@outlook.com or on 0452 011 653.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the details of your enquiry, when you email or call us or book a discovery call.
- Booking details: when you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter on our behalf.
- Website usage: using cookies and similar technologies, we collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you arrived at the site (for example, from a Google search or ad).
We don’t ask for patients’ health information through this website. Please don’t send us patient information unless we have agreed a secure way to do so as part of an engagement.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and run discovery calls, provide our services, improve our website, and understand which of our advertising is working.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and Google Ads to advertise and measure how our ads perform, such as whether someone who clicked an ad went on to book a call. To do this, third-party vendors including Google use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google at Google’s Ad Settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. Our website works without them.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), Google (analytics and advertising), Calendly (bookings) and our email provider, and only as needed for them to provide their services. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
