(01) Service
AI and digital support for medical practices.
From AI receptionists to custom tools and automation, we help GP, specialist and allied health practices adopt technology that genuinely saves time, without trading away patient safety or privacy.
(The problem)
General practice is running on stretched teams and growing paperwork.
Nearly seven in ten Australian GPs report burnout, and most are dissatisfied with their administrative burden.1 Concern about admin workload rose from 60% to 70% of GPs in a single year.2 The phones, forms, recalls and reports that keep a practice running are exactly the work good technology can take off your team's plate.
The catch: most clinics are sold software, not solutions. We start with your workflows and your patients, then find where AI and automation genuinely help, and where they don't.
(What we do)
Six ways we take work off your plate.
- 1.1
AI adoption & strategy
A practical review of where time goes in your practice, then a staged plan: what to automate first, what to leave alone, and how to bring your team with you. You see the expected benefit, the risks and the safeguards before anything is built.
- 1.2
AI receptionists & patient support
Answer every call, including after hours. An AI receptionist can book and reschedule appointments, answer routine questions about hours, fees and directions, and send forms, while anything clinical or urgent goes straight to your team or to emergency services. We set up the scripts, escalation rules and consent wording.
- 1.3
Custom tools, built for you
Dashboards, intake forms, referral trackers and internal apps designed around how your team actually works, connected to the systems you already use wherever possible.
- 1.4
Websites that book patients
Fast, accessible websites with online booking, written in plain language and built with Ahpra’s advertising rules in mind, so they’re found on Google and in AI search.
- 1.5
Task automation
Recalls, reminders, reporting and document handling. In the research, SMS appointment reminders lift attendance from 68% to 77%,3 and they are one of the simplest things to automate well.
- 1.6
Stronger foundations
Systems, data and processes set up properly, informed by IT service management practice, so the practice can grow without the strain and your tools keep working when people change.
(Safety)
Efficiency never at the cost of safety.
AI is only worth it if patients and clinicians can trust it. Ahpra is clear that practitioners stay responsible for the care they provide, whatever tools they use. Every system we design follows four rules.

Launch & support
Training for your team, a careful go-live, and ongoing support on retainer if you want it.
(Questions)
Common questions.
Will an AI receptionist replace my reception team?
No. It is designed to work alongside your team, picking up overflow and after-hours calls and handling routine requests, so your staff can focus on the patients in front of them. Anything clinical or urgent is always passed to a person.
Is patient information kept private?
Privacy is part of every build. Health information is sensitive information under Australian privacy law, so we map what data each tool touches, set up consent and access controls, and only recommend tools that can meet your privacy obligations.
Which practice software do you work with?
We are vendor-agnostic, so we work with the practice management, booking and communication systems you already use, and only recommend a change when there is a clear benefit.
Can you just build our website?
Yes. A website can be a standalone project, or part of a wider digital plan that includes online booking, automated reminders and an AI receptionist.
